Beach Nordic Walking is focused on a low impact exercise specially designed for people who want to escape daily stress.
Feel the sand under your barefoot (optional), slow down your mind by focusing on the smooth movement of your muscles.
Enjoy the scenery and discover new techniques of calming your mind.

Bring your own poles or let us know if you want to hire poles.
From December until February we offer as well Introduction Classes on the Beach!

Class sizes are restricted to 6 people, so it is important to book in advance!

Poles: High tech poles can be purchased at the course
- Shoes: barefoot or comfortable Jogging or Trekking shoes
- Clothing: Suitable for the weather, functional and comfortable
- Optional: Polar pulse watch
- Important: Approx.1 liter to drink. If you do have a drinking belt, all the better
