From December until February we offer as well Introduction Classes on the Beach!
Class sizes are restricted to 6 people, so it is important to book in advance!

REQUIREMENTS:
- Introduction course of Nordic Walking
- Good physical condition
- Poles: High tech poles can be purchased at the course
- Shoes: barefoot or comfortable Jogging or Trekking shoes
- Clothing: Suitable for the weather, functional and comfortable
- Optional: Polar pulse watch
- Important: Approx.1 liter to drink. If you do have a drinking belt, all the better
