WELCOME to join us! (From November-March)

Bring your poles and join our "Social Nordic Walks" @ Sea Point Promenade Cape Town every THURSDAY. It's for practacing, socialising, fun and - it's for free! (Let us know if you want to hire poles)

OUR "NEW" TRAINERS IN SEA POINT AND SOMERSET WEST:

Penny and Surina, both two passionate Pilates trainers, passed the Southpole Nordic Walking Trainer Diploma on 21st February 2010 successfully.
The Southpole Team welcomes them as qualified Nordic Walking trainers!
