Beach Nordic Walking is focused on a particularly low-impact exercise, especially designed for people requiring this and who want to escape daily stress.

Feel the sand under your bare foot (optional), and slow down your mind by focussing on the smooth movement of your muscles.

Enjoy the scenery and discover a new technique of calming your mind.

Bring your own poles, or let us know if you want or need to hire or purchase a pair of poles suitable for your height.

During the months of December to February, we offer an  Introduction Classes on the Beach!

Class sizes are restricted to 6 people, so it is important to book in advance!

REQUIREMENTS:
- Completion of an Introductory Nordic Walking course.
- Be in a good physical condition
-
A pair of Nordic Walking poles: High tech poles can be purchased, or hired at the course
- Shoes: barefoot or comfortable jogging, walking or trekking shoes
- Clothing: Suitable for the weather, being functional and comfortable
- Optional: A (Polar) pulse watch
- Important: Approx.1 liter to drink. If you do have a drinking belt, all the better.
                   If you require it, you may purchase one from us at the course.
